Wanted to mention a few things to you that I am not sure if you are aware of. I know it was Miss Rose’s first time working with you, but she practically just walked around mingling and talking but not really doing stuff. Other than giving out appetizers she didn’t do much more and as soon as the guys prepped the bars she was drinking. You could smell the liquor on her breath when she came to the kitchen to tell me she had lost a little wallet she had with her ID’s in it. Abraham as well was drinking on the job. I don’t know if you are okay with that , but I felt I needed to mention it to you. Marta , Giselle and the other new girl were complaining about it. And Abraham left without finishing his task of taking down the bar and putting everything away. We have a good team, but there has to be certain boundaries and things need to be done in order. The new girls worked very hard and they would love to do it again. I just want to make sure that the team represents you and your business with the utmost’s respect. The team is the face of the business when they are working an event and as such they need to meet certain standards. Just saying. That is how I feel and I hope I don’t overstep my boundaries by telling you this. I say this In the best interest of your business and the reputation of it.
