Thanks! I found the candle holders. In regards to your question yesterday about the circle tables, one of them has 6 people so that could be a 48”? One of them is 7 people-maybe that has to be 60”, and the other two have 8 so that will remain the 60”. For the dinner, after the speeches, we decided Luis would announce that Vero and Richie will start the buffet. Is that ok for us to go in first and serve ourselves?

Also, now that the day has passed I wanted to let you know that I saw you working your butt off at the wedding, however we were very disappointed with a lot of things. I know there is not much you can do now, but since we paid for it and had been planning every detail for 10months I have to express what didn’t match up. Of course some things are out of our control such as the coffee bar over booking when you reserved them 10 months ago, and the seating chart not showing up in time, which might be why you were 2.5 hours late arriving at 1:30 instead of 11ish. But there was no medium size flower arrangement/welcome sign and pedestal. I was really looking forward to and bragging about the food, but the appetizer pictures you showed me and what I purposely spent hours and days picking, was not what was served. For example no mini bang bang shrimp taco, it was shrimp in a shot glass, no sweet potato lataka with pulled pork, it was on a peice of toast. The pictured lamb bite on a bone was just a hunk of meat, and we didn’t really taste the rosemary lavender suace. I couldn’t enjoy the day because I kept having to make sure the time line was not making me late for the other vendors, having to look for cake cutters, having to remind the servers that people are sitting waiting to be served cake, having to tell guests where to sit etc. Also, the decor we sampled together and I provided the reference/Google doc list for was missing….loosely set eucalyptus greenery around the table, no mini golden lanterns, no gold candle votive, blue napkins instead of the green teal color we talked about (that’s minor but it all started to add up). I was told there would be a nice bar set up, but it was just a plastic table with table cloth, we didn’t see servers in black tie. Etc. I want you to know that you are a wonderful person, and I enjoyed our talks but I had planned and looked into every detail for 10months, so I was disappointed when it fell short to a lot of things we agreed on in the contract and feel like we should get credited for some of those items that were not provided.
