Barba Good morning! Ok, so I was definitely forgetting Yeses. A lot of yeses. I ended up at 55. Which is scary. But 8 of the 55. Haven’t fully confirmed. Which is annoying. They are like yes we will be there, and then they don’t confirm the headcount 😂😳🙀🫠🫣. I know we initially discussed 50. Since I haven’t received their full confirmation can we plan to 50 since it’s 48 that are a full confirmation? Worse comes to worse I bring glass containers and bring home any leftovers and if we’re short, we have smaller sizes since we’re going to dinner after. I am so sorry I’m still not giving you the exact number and worse I’m giving you a bigger number. But I’ve had friends tell me there’s people that confirm and don’t show up. I’m sorry 🫣🤭🫣 I am not very organized but I am trying. I will get better for any future events. I know when we talked I said I couldn’t even be at $25 per head, which was why it had to be cake and coffee maybe hors d’oeuvres… I really thought I was clear and I’m so sorry I didn’t double check, or verify. I couldn’t stop thinking I saw the breakdown of just the food we talked about. The invoice you sent me yesterday, was the first time I saw it, and saw all of that additional food. I was not crazy, and this is what I saw and paid. That is where I got the amount from. Nowhere else. And it is the only thing that matches what I asked for. The way you sent me the invoice 10/13/24 only showed 3 attachments. Out of all the included ones. I opened it from my phone. I had no idea there was more pages, because I saw what I asked for. 10/15/24 I asked to change the scallops, not salmon. And everything I made reference too was within the pages attached such as the greenery. I saw what we discussed and only one price, and the custom package. I paid it as soon as I could on 10/19/24 in my mind in full. Not 25% to not even think about it, and have my debt paid in full. I didn’t even know you had salmon anywhere other than your email, but I didn’t discuss salmon, and because I didn’t see it in the section that talked about the cake and coffee and appetizers how would I think to look further? I didn’t know there was a whole other menu until yesterday, because I only discussed with you appetizers, cake and coffee. You said ceviche could be done and meat. We never discussed a full other set of dishes. I didn’t look outside what we discussed. I talked about scallops changing to churrasco as appetizer based on the menu PDF because I don’t like seafood as much and I eat meat. But everything was as appetizers because that is what we talked about on the phone. Why would I pay over 3000 just to go eat after? That makes no sense. Please give me my money back. We had a phone conversation and I was so clear that I did not have a lot of money. I talked about the fact that I was ok with just cake and coffee. You said you could work some appetizers. How do we go from cake and coffee to a meal with carnitas, and cauliflower 😪 Please. 🙏 I want to go buy a cake and figure something out. I’m actually celebrating an awesome union. I don’t need this. I never thought to look for a whole other section because I didn’t discuss that with you. I talked about small and simple. You made an elaborate thing that I didn’t ask for, I’m being charged for, and because I can’t afford it I can’t even have a wedding cake. Please Barbara. Give me the money back. I never asked for what you created other than what I saw. You added all these different things, and I thought it was all included, I trusted what you said. This is not right. If it was, and it had been anything we discussed I wouldn’t be coming back. I never asked for all of that and you know it.
