We found a copper pipe that comes from your floor that is sweating. We will be insulating that and finishing the closet today. The carpet is set for Monday or Tuesday next week. We should be completed by mid-week.

I think it helps to regulate the temperature of the pipe to help it not sweat...but that is just a guess.

It is wrapped into the hours. I think we will be at the 8 hr mark for the closet job...maybe less. $440ish , the materials we are using are drywall, drywall mud, kilz and now the insulation. I’m roughly gonna say $30 for materials.

For the carpet, we will be replacing the padding (only expense I don’t know at this time) and the ChemDry crew is a minimum of 195$...and $70ish for the carpet company to pull back the carpet.
