For the cocktail hour those two areas are connected so they usually will use both areas to have more room. For the Ritz, we would have to use their catering. They provide tables/chairs, linens, etc. but I’m not sure what they look like. So we would mainly just need decor for that venue. The Ritz has a food & beverage minimum so we’d be locked in at that cost. The main pro for that building is the location for guests and the room block

So sorry I missed this! Work has been very hectic since I got back. I agree on the florals. We ended up hiring a full-time planner as it’s been difficult keeping up with other vendor (DJs, makeup, etc) emails and we needed help putting together our remaining budget.
