Hi Barbara.  I have new sourcing the pedestals.  First the ones I showed you are made of particle board not great for  outdoor use  and shipping is really expensive    The above planters are from target    The Bloem are s 25.5 height and 14.65 width The Veradek is 32”high and 15.5 width.  I can always have a plastic piece to cover the top What are your thoughts ?  Thanks
