So I spoke to managed care. They said that they can see her. What you need to do is call Medicare. Have them send you proof that they won't cover the visit. Then u can bring that proof to the appt and pay out of pocket. The reason why it's so complicated is because she's an elder Medicare patient and she's protected by the government. In good faith, we can't charge her, so if we do without Medicare knowing , we can get in trouble with them.

I'm even bringing extra staff because we may only have an hour to set up your entire reception not to mention last minute requests due to the weather. That's a cost on my end that adds up to +$350. We have s clause on the invoice that we do not credit for items that can't be used due to inclement weather because it throws everything off. We live in S Florida and it rains all the time. We are crediting the furniture $440 and I am incurring the cost of extra staff $350 to rush set up and serve the guests table side for the stations we can't set. Also bringing things to accommodate the situation - tent, rugs, umbrellas. ...preparing the cannoli. That's easily well over $1200

Hi Irana. There weren't any magnums left because we passed so much wine and prosecco that we had to start pouring the other 3 magnums to complete the cake toast. Then Luca asked for a bottle and it left one more which was poured until the end of the evening. It was left on the bench and was at half. They left it because it was open
