We have arranged for the HVAC people to go look at the unit. They have said they will not just flush it without doing diagnostic first. We could not find a company that would just flush it without diagnostics

The AC has been turned off and a fan has been placed to try and dry out the area. I tried a couple of times to email pictures but for some reason they would not go through. I even responded to a prior email. Eventually I sent the pictures to Michelle so at least one of you had them. I can try to text them to you now

Could be but I did try to resize them and send them in multiple files. I can try again when I get back to work in the morning. And I know it’s a challenge but we will do our best to help. The HVAC guys will be there tomorrow around 3:30 I believe but I will have to double check the time. I will let you know first thing in the morning, unless I can confirm that time this evening

Good morning Barbara. The time frame for the HVAC guys is between 3:00 and 5:00. They are supposed to call us when they are on the way. We will be sure to not only have them run diagnostics but to also provide an estimate for a new unit.

The HVAC people Said they can be there between four and six today. They said that they will run a diagnostic for free since they were just there yesterday and this was potentially related to what they did however they did say they were not responsible for any damages because this was not a well-maintained HVAC unit.

They just called back and said they had an opening and they can be there between 230 and 430 today

It was likely stored in the unit and released when they were working on it or came off the coils when they thawed. That’s my guess but I’m not HVAC
